Hello everyone! Thanks so much for reading so far! I’ve just posted the final page of the prologue, or chapter 0, and I’m really pleased to have this first leg of the journey under my belt.
I just wanted to make sure you know that we’re now on hiatus. You can expect the next chapter to begin in May this year!
I’ve always planned to have hiatuses in between each chapter to help me keep my footing, but this one is a bit longer than I’d originally planned. That’s for several reasons. One is that I’ve found my new day job to be quite demanding of my time, and it’s been challenging to work around. Another is that I’ve decided to change software – the Adobe creative suite has become prohibitively expensive for me, so I’ll be experimenting with new software and developing a new workflow. You can probably expect some visual style changes when the next chapter begins!
In the meantime, I’ll also be temporarily freezing my Patreon and reworking it now that I have a better understanding of what the time demands are, and what people might be looking for on the platform! Thank you sincerely to my patrons who’ve been there for me so far, it means a lot!
